Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Journey Hub ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you use the app on behalf of a school or transport operator, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. Licence

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app.

3. Accounts and roles

Accounts are created and assigned roles by an administrator at the school or transport operator. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. Administrators are responsible for granting access only to appropriate people.

4. Your data and responsibilities

Schools and operators control the information they enter into the app, including student records, and are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for complying with applicable laws regarding it. The app stores data on-device, with optional iCloud sync; maintaining backups and retention practices is the responsibility of the school or operator.

5. Safe use

Journey Hub supports transport operations — it does not replace driver judgement, road rules or your organisation's safety procedures. Drivers must not interact with the app while the vehicle is moving, and must follow all applicable laws regarding device use in vehicles.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to access data or roles you have not been granted, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Availability and changes

The app may be updated, changed or discontinued. Features described on this site may evolve over time.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted, Journey Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
